The service

UniTracker is a free tool for organizing university applications: tracking programs, deadlines, documents, and reminders. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account credentials and for what you upload. Your documents and application data remain yours; we claim no ownership and use them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no uploading unlawful content, no scraping other users’ data, and no use that disrupts the platform for others.

No admissions advice

Guides, deadline data, grade conversions, and AI-assisted features are provided for orientation. Requirements change and universities decide admissions — always verify against the official university, Uni-Assist, or DAAD sources before acting.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for missed deadlines or application outcomes.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
