UniTracker doesn’t submit applications; you still apply on each university’s portal or uni-assist. It doesn’t predict your admission chances, and it doesn’t write your CV or letters. Catalog data and grade conversions are aids, not official rulings, so always verify with the university.

What is UniTracker?
UniTracker is a free web app for international students applying to German universities. Find programs in a catalog of 500+, check whether you can apply with the free “Can I apply?” eligibility check, then track every application, deadline and document on one dashboard. It also covers the visa and Sperrkonto steps once you are admitted.
Is UniTracker really free?
Tracking and eligibility checks are free forever. No trial, and no card to sign up.
What does the “Can I apply?” check tell me?
Whether your degree, grades, language tests and target intake meet a program’s entry requirements as listed in the catalog. It is an eligibility check, not a prediction: it cannot tell you your chances of admission, and the university always has the final word.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Browse the catalog, read every program page, and use the ECTS converter, grade calculator and uni-assist cost calculator without one. Running the “Can I apply?” check and tracking applications need a free account.
How does the grade conversion work?
The grade calculator applies the modified Bavarian formula to turn a Pakistani CGPA or an Indian percentage into its German 1.0 to 5.0 equivalent, so you can compare it with a program’s cutoff. Conversions are an aid, not an official ruling, so always verify with the university.
How do reminders work?
Reminders arrive by email. Get each one the moment it is due, or bundle them into a daily or weekly digest.
Does UniTracker submit applications for me?
No. You still apply through each university’s portal or uni-assist. UniTracker keeps the statuses, documents and deadlines organized while you do.
Can my parents or an advisor follow my progress?
Yes. Share a read-only timeline of your applications with a parent, mentor or advisor. They open a link; they don’t need an account.
